The Jinshan District campus of Ruijin Hospital is set to open in August.
To ensure smooth operations and enhance the patient experience, Tinglin Town has completed a full-scale upgrade of supporting facilities in three key areas: transportation, environment, and housing/education.
Two roads have been built to create an efficient transport network. Tinghong Road, located west of the hospital, opened to traffic in September 2025. Linshun Road to the north began construction in August 2025 and is scheduled to open in May 2026, providing a solid transportation foundation for the hospital’s operations.
To the west of the campus, a former electrical appliance market has been transformed and upgraded. It now features a four-star hotel, two serviced apartment buildings, and two medium-sized restaurants. Two major commercial housing projects currently under construction also include government-subsidized affordable housing units, providing comfortable living spaces for hospital staff.
