
Shanghai Fosun Kairos Biotechnology Co., Ltd and Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Malaysia on Monday, signaling a further step in its overseas expansion initiative.
The two parties will leverage their respective strengths to carry out in-depth collaboration across three key areas: cell therapy service support, clinical research cooperation, and academic exchange.
This partnership aims to jointly explore efficient pathways for the future R&D, regulatory approval, and clinical application of Fosun Kairos’sinnovative cell therapy products in Southeast Asia, thereby accelerating the market launch of these therapies.
