Ant A-Fu, Ant Group's AI Health APP, has found a natural physical store partner to promote its latest weight-loss campaign.
As the popularity of Ant A-Fu’s nationwide scientific weight-loss campaign continues to grow since it was kicked off in late June, it has teamed up with RT Mart "fatty meat for lean meat" promotions, which were launched at supermarkets across the country, including in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Changsha, Wuhan, Zhengzhou and Jinan. Once users have successfully lost weight, they can visit a supermarket to receive lean meat equivalent to the number of jin they have lost as a reward.
From 4 July to 30 July, users who take part in the Ant A-Fu's weight loss campaign can collect the corresponding amount of lean meat at designated RT-Mart branches, based on the weight loss in jin shown on the campaign page within the Ant Afu app.
A total of 11 RT-Mart outlets nationwide, including 5 in Shanghai, have prepared altogether 25,000 kg of lean meat for users.
This marks the first time a major domestic supermarket chain has formed a close partnership with an AI health app, and RT-Mart’s involvement adds the most ‘down-to-earth’ element to this nationwide weight-loss campaign.
Online, this initiative fully leverages Ant Afu’s AI health technology to provide users with professional, personalised weight-loss monitoring and scientific guidance, helping the public to shift away from unhealthy and unsustainable weight loss practices and foster an awareness of healthy weight management.
Regarding Offline, it leverages RT-Mart’s retail strengths in deep community engagement and close ties to people’s daily lives, using fresh produce promotions to create interactive health experiences for all, thereby breaking down the barriers between healthy dietary and physical training practices and everyday life.
Ant A-Fu's campaign has attracted over one million participants nationwide to take part in weight-loss challenges, with the trend towards healthy weight loss continuing to gain momentum.
Going forward, RT-Mart will continue to focus on the general public’s needs for a healthy lifestyle, drawing on its network of physical stores and strengths to provide essential community services.
