The Shanghai Kids Sports Carnival, part of the Shanghai Citizens Sports Meeting, was successfully wrapped up at the Super Brand Mall.
Hosted by the Shanghai Youth Sports Association, Shanghai Extracurricular Education Association, and Shanghai Children's Foundation and supported by Ferrero Group’s Kinder Joy of moving, it offered a rich and varied programme of parent-child sports activities.
Over 500 families enjoyed the fun-filled experience over the weekend to practice and promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
“The local sports associations and foundation share the same belief and the same goal with us, which is to bring the joy to the kids and making them happy. We believe that a happy child today will be a better adult tomorrow,” said Amedeo Aragona, Category Director of Kinder, Ferrero China.
“Thanks to these partnerships, we’re able to reach a larger number of kids and deliver the spirit of ‘Whatever the Game, Let Joy Win’,” he added.

Shanghai Extracurricular Education Association also awarded a special prize to Ferrero China in recognition of its positive contribution to promoting the healthy development of children and young people through the “Kinder Joy of moving” program.
Earlier this month it launched the Kinder Joy of moving Boxes into Schools initiative, which is expected to reach 150 schools and kindergartens, benefiting around 70,000 children in the city.
Since its launch in 2019 in China, through activities such as winter long-distance running, parent-child marathons, tennis camps and football camps, the Kinder Joy of moving program has been inspiring children’s enthusiasm for sport and promoting their physical and mental well-being.
These initiatives have already had a positive impact on more than 50,000 Chinese children and young people and their families.
