As a flagship event of the 2026 Jing’an Fashion & Culture Week, the Pets Glamour · Trendsetting Jing’an Cute Creatures Fashion Parade concluded successfully at Shenyuli, MixC on July 5. The century-old Shikumen lanes were transformed into a natural runway. Centered on the creative concept of “messy looks paired with refined lifestyles”, 30 pet families gathered amid grey bricks and black tiles, turning a pet fashion show into a citywide carnival of cuteness.
Lanes Turn into Runways! Striking Contrast Between Dual Runway Themes
Bathed in a vintage aesthetic, Shenyuli is inherently a venue brimming with atmosphere. Framed by grey bricks and black tiles, the long alleyways serve as catwalks. Sunlight filters through the lanes and falls on fluffy backs, with every step hitting peak cuteness.
Two contrasting themes were crafted for the show, fully embodying the mantra “messiness is its own fashion”:
The ”Scrufffy” & Chill Group: All pets wore coordinated green outfits highlighting natural fluffy fur. The little ones sauntered out at a leisurely pace—some wagged their tails and looked around curiously, others strolled lazily to the rhythm. Their casual, soothing charm instantly melted every audience member’s heart.
The ”Glam“ & Chic Group: A full haute couture showcase for furry friends. Tiny bow ties, lightweight gowns and trendy accessories adorned every pet. They trotted briskly through the Shikumen architecture, creating a stunning visual clash between vintage buildings and sleek summer looks; every frame resembled a high-fashion editorial shoot.
Thirty groups of pets took to the runway one after another, ranging from tiny cuddly pups to outgoing social butterflies of cats, each showcasing their unique charm.
Unrestrained Fun Across All Zones! A New Summer Social Experience for Pet Families
Beyond the spotlight on the runway, an immersive interactive zone for pets and their owners was set up, letting every furry guest enjoy endless fun.
Riverside Lawn Rest Area
The lawn along the Suzhou Creek was converted into a camping and play zone. Owners chatted and rested amid river breezes, while pets ran free and chased each other across the grass. Free from rushed schedules, the space exudes pure laid-back ease—every snapshot captures heartwarming everyday pet parent moments.
Themed Parade Along Suzhou Creek
The pet procession set off from Shenyuli for a leisurely parade along the creek. Lines of fluffy little figures drew crowds of passersby who stopped to take photos and gasp in delight, forming the most eye-catching moving scenery along Suhewan and spreading the pet-friendly vibe across the riverside.

This standout art installation was an unmissable highlight. Whether posing side-by-side with your own furry companion or snapping playful quirky shots, visitors effortlessly captured viral-worthy photos perfect for social media—undoubtedly the top photo spot of the entire event.
