From coffee culture and flower festivals to international triathlon and pet activities, an array of events are rolled out across Qingpu District to mark the “Double Five Shopping Festival.”
The 2025 Qingpu Coffee Culture Festival, 2025 Yangtze River Delta International Triathlon, 2025 Qingpu Auto Consumption Festival, Xiayang Rose Culture Tourism Shopping Festival, 13th Xiayang Loquat Festival, and 2nd Qingpu Hydrangea Festival will be launched in succession. Over 100 promotions will be held to stimulate consumption potential.
Among these, the 2025 Qingpu Coffee Culture Festival brings together over 50 coffee and travel brands from the Yangtze River Delta region to create a splendid guochao (China-chic) experience, while the Yangtze River Delta International Triathlon will integrate triathlon sports with classical culture to showcase the ecological and cultural beauty of the Jiangnan water town.

Panlong Tiandi
The 2nd Xiayang Rose Culture Tourism Shopping Festival uses rose as a medium to expand into fields such as medicine, cosmetics, and food, promoting the “beauty economy.”
The 13th Xiayang Loquat Festival will integrate loquat picking, camping, hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) parade, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, together with the Xiayang Night Music Concert.
The 2025 Qingpu Hydrangea Festival in Liantang Town will feature diverse activities like photography contests, Children’s Day party, and Dragon Boat Festival folk experiences, combined with flower field camping and themed markets, to create a leisure tourism event integrating flower viewing, cultural and creative products, food, and entertainment.

Bailian Outlets Qingpu
Xujing Town will create a relaxing atmosphere through activities like nature exploration and cultural integration at shopping malls like Lido Town and Unicity, while a series of parent-child and leisure tourism activities will be held at Bailian Outlets Qingpu in Zhaoxiang Town.
In Dongshe Village, hydrangeas will be in full bloom from late May, adding a splash of color to the village. A flower-viewing garden will be created, along with flower-field camping activities. Cultural and creative handicrafts will be combined with outdoor farming experiences, and visitors can enter orchards and vegetable fields to pick seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Panlong Tiandi
Additionally, the newly introduced “wild ginger coffee” will blend the fragrance of Qingpu’s specialty rice with the richness of coffee. Visitors can also enjoy the village’s rural lifestyle at local minsu (Chinese version of B&B).
The Xianghuaqiao Subdistrict will host the 4th Auto Consumption Festival with trade-in and renewal policies to boost sales.
Jinze Town will host bamboo plait, Shangta zharou, or straw-wrapped pork, and other intangible cultural heritage crafts, with experience workshops set up. It will also showcase intangible cultural heritage from the Yangtze River Delta region such as Suzhou embroidery and Huzhou brushes.
