Dog Adoption Request: Get dog license, Do vaccination per year, feed dog food, walking dog with leash, all family members agree to have the dog, never abandon it.
Cat Adoption Request: Window screen at home, Do vaccination per year, feed cat food, all family members/landlord/roommate agree to have the cat, never abandon it.
Adoption Procedure: Rescuer will send the animal to adopter’s place. Leave id information with both sides. Sign adoption agreement, take pic with the animal and all people.
