I drove as fast as I could and arrived at the parking place next to the police station.
Lucas and the staff could take a rest in my car. They got a tough night.They told me that another staff member was still in the hospital.Woow.
Lucas showed me the video records of that bar fight. One rich Chinese kid was hanging out with his friends. After several bottles of alcohol, they began to bother the foreign clients next to them. Our security tried to stop this behavior. Those drunkards attacked our security with broken bottles. They even jumped on the body of our staff with red eyes inside the video.Animals.
We believed that it was easy to handle these guys. However, later a police officer came to us and questioned why we didn’t manage security well. We all shocked by this situation changing.Lucas almost jumped out to that police.

It gave me a lot of think about what happened.What kind of business model would be better in this city?Why rich kids did this kind of crazy things after alcohol but our system need balance?
Meanwhile on Chemical business side.backoffice was stable for the daily operations.Alexie always organized parties after he back from GZ during weekend.One new friend was from Taiwan who was son in law of the top rich family of Malaysia.Alexie started to organize some business plan together.
On restaurant with Lucas.It was getting stable.In order to improve the operation management, Lucas recommended the British manager Rob to do management, Rob came out of a bar on the Bund No. 5. Rob James was a typical British gentleman who worked strictly and carefully. Due to his strict management, more and more staffs in the team were dissatisfied with him.
Because of Rob’s arrival, he and chef had some communication issues, and after the business was good, chef and the company’s share negotiations did not get succees, and chef’s Shanghai wife took chef to Dongping Road to open their own shop, doing very well, even they didnot have exhaust system which they just digged a whole under the roof.
The government didn`t push them strictly and just let them promise all duties of fire accident if happens.
Lucas believed that Rob could manage staffs issue well and he started to invite Alexie to do a new concept around Huaihai road with different partners.
