CCS WALK
It is our goal on September 8th to help us to connect with those around us, to encourage open discussions to help both ourselves and others who may experiencing mental health distress. Most of us experience challenges in our lives and we cope and react in different ways but there are some important signs that you can be aware of:
- increased isolation
- increased anger, irritability, tearfulness, restlessness or agitation
- an extreme change in behaviour
- lack of energy and engagement in previously enjoyable activities
The upcoming Sunday, September 8th, walk and talk with Communtiy Center Shanghai Counseling in support of World Sui-cide Prevention Day! Bring your packed snacks, drinks and a blanket to end our bund walk together in a picnic lunch.
