What should you do after you pay group accident insurance for your staff?

From my perspective:

1.You need let staff sign one agreement to allow company to use group accidend insurance to cover company medical cost if there is one accident.

2.If you don`t sign that.according to insurance company.your staff can apply medical compensation from insurance company first and ask you to pay again on his medical cost through labor court.

3.If you don`t care about extra payment.pls ignore my advice here.
