What should you do if your labor contract got expired within 1month but your Chinese company asks you to sign contract with your oversea company?

  1. Your labor contract is with local Chinese company then you need terminiate your labor contract under Chinese law.

  2. Oversea company might be a smoke from your local Chinese company to avoid staff`s compensation if they are under same investor.
