When HR wants to talk to you, what should you do?

For me:

  1. Politely listen to what the HR is expressing.

  2. Respond politely.

  3. If the topic involves your work mistakes, do not immediately admit it, just express that you have heard the HR’s advice and there are many details about specific work issues that need to be verified.

  4. If the HR suddenly presents a company document for transfer or termination, do not sign it immediately, just say that you need to verify it first.

  5. Try to negotiate friendly because when you leave the company, you will need a release letter to change your work visa.
