A trendy guochao (China-chic) culture festival is running through June 15 at Shanghai Happy Valley in Songjiang District, offering an immersive experience on Chinese culture and taking you into a dreamlike Eastern fantasy realm.

The festival features dreamlike installations and has created four major dream realms, cleverly integrating with popular IPs, such as Shanghai Animation Film Studio’s legendary works like “Calabash Brothers” and “Havoc in Heaven,” and bringing the animated mythological world into reality.

The park is being turned into a giant party venue during the festival with an array of fun activities.
