This May holiday, Chuansha 96 Plaza is turning tradition into playtime and welcoming pets along for the fun.
From May 1 to 4, the plaza will host “Millennium Fashion Moves,” an immersive event that brings ancient Chinese sports into the modern spotlight.
Visitors can dive into eight traditional games, such as cuju (ancient Chinese football) and touhu (ancient arrow-throwing game).
Admission is free with any purchase receipt, and participants can also redeem shopping vouchers after taking part in the activities.
A pet-friendly environment at the plaza
Meanwhile, a lively pet-friendly market will be held. Featuring top pet brands, adoption events, health consultations, and interactive social spaces, the market is co-hosted by local animal welfare groups and pet-friendly venues like Starbucks — creating a warm, inclusive space for pets and their humans alike.
These events are part of the mall’s newly launched “Neighborhood Living Festival,” a summer-long series running through August 31.
From June to August, the plaza will roll out over 20 hands-on events centered around nighttime shopping, wellness, and family fun.
During the Dragon Boat Festival, visitors can also take part in a special health zone, featuring expert-led talks and DIY herbal sachet workshops.
“Neighborhood Living Festival” kicks off at Chuansha 96 Plaza.
