The ELG Approach

01 Neurodivergent-Affirming

Unlike behavior-based systems, we embrace neurodiversity-affirming approaches, empowering children with support to succeed rather than aiming to “fix” them.

02 Strength-Based

Our focus is on student-centered education that acknowledges and builds upon each student’s abilities and interests.

03 Holistic and Wrap-Around Support

We offer targeted, services based on each student’s individual needs including: Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Music Therapy (MT).

04 Family-Centered

We collaborate with families about their children’s needs, goals, programs, and progress, and ensure families are continually informed and supported.

05 Individual Development Plan (IDP)

A customized plan to help children reach their full potential, covering areas like behavior, literacy, math, speech, motor skills, and sensory development.

06 Bilingual Curriculum

Designed to support young learners in both Mandarin and English

07 Play-Based

Play-based learning is a key element of early childhood education, offering children a hands-on and enjoyable learning experience.

08 Community-Based Instruction

Community-based early childhood learning integrates community elements into education, allowing children to apply classroom knowledge in diverse real-world settings.
